My Sessions are filled with wisdom and information from my trainings about the body. The intuitive touch and hands-on techniques that I use in the session will teach the body to re-balance, re-organize, and release excess tension that prevents the body from moving with ease. Through traumatic accidents and repetitive movements in our lives, the body develops muscle memory. In our sessions together we will help the muscles relax out of the stress and tension and into a state of ease. Once you feel this state of ease in your body, your body begins to make new muscle memory and you can then access this state of ease on your own.
Sessions are between 45 minutes and an hour. (Allow for a full hour when you make the appointment.)
Much of the session is performed while the client is standing and walking. After observing your movements and discussing them with you, I will use systematic and subtle hands-on techniques so the body can learn to release tension and create a new sense of balance. The body learns to let go of deeper muscular holdings or habits that are standing in the way of achieving a natural balance. You will then move more efficiently, with a greater sense of ease.
