Conscious Ease is a hands on healing body work that brings balance into your body. It teaches you to drop into your bones and allow the skeletal system to be used more efficiently in your daily movements. When we are connected to our bones, feeling strong and balanced in our skeleton, our muscles can then take a much needed break.
In today's modern times people have developed stiff muscles and tension due to over use and repetitive patterns. Bones and muscles are both involved in our movements, however most people are predominantly using their muscles and forgetting to rely on the bones. Conscious Ease brings back the balance between using your muscles and bones. It allows you to trust your body as you begin to rest in your bones while your muscles deeply relax. |
WHAT TO EXPECT
SESSIONSUnlike other forms of bodywork, Conscious Ease Sessions are done with the client standing up while the practitioner begins at your feet. With careful placement of the hands, the practitioner intuitively feels into your muscles and bones. The bones begin to feel supported and the muscles naturally release tension.
